Grown in the northeast of the island on Fair for Life plantations, the vanilla flowers are hand-pollinated. The green pods mature 9 months later. They are harvested and then dried using a series of precise techniques for 8 months. After careful selection, they are extracted locally to produce a deep, intense, rich, and dark absolute.
