The highest quality saffron in the world is harvested on the plateaus of the Kozani region in northern Greece. The crocus flower is picked and then pruned to isolate and dry only the three red stigmas. From this, the natural and non-allergenic Greek Saffron Essence is extracted, offering notes that are at once dark, spicy, and bold, but also light and vibrant.
