The Crystal Saffron fragrance was born in the Kozani region of northern Greece. On plateaus at 700 meters altitude, not far from Mount Olympus, more than 900 families cultivate one of the world’s finest saffrons. In November 2024, the Founders of the Maison invited over 70 partners and friends to experience its harvest firsthand.







Each year, for three weeks between late October and early November, the crocus flowers are harvested during the day, then trimmed in the evening in family homes. The three precious red stigmas, carefully separated from the petals, are then dried and delivered to the cooperative. Nearly 200,000 flowers are needed to produce just 1 kg of saffron.
