• France:
  • By courier to Paris inner city – same-day delivery if order placed by noon on working days.
  • Standard Colissimo – shipping delay 48 to 72hrs working days.
  • Express Chronopost – shipping delay 24 hrs working days.

• EU countries:
  • Express Chronopost – average delay 2-3 working days.

• Europe outside EU:
  • Express shipping – average delay 3-5 working days.

• USA, Canada, Australia:
  • Express shipping – average delay 3-5 working days.

• Export except Russia (Americas, Middle East, Asia, Africa…):
  • Express shipping – average delay 3-10 working days.

The outside packaging used for our online sales is made exclusively from recycled cardboard and is 100% recyclable.

You have 14 days of withdrawal from receipt of your package. Articles returned must be un-opened, undamaged and complete.To exercise your right of withdrawal, complete the form. We will then issue a return label from the same carrier as for the shipment of your package. The cost of this label will be deducted from the refund. In case of withdrawal, we will refund the payment received within 14 days, by bank transfer, after receipt and verification of returned products.

Matiere Premiere is affiliated with a secure payment system: Stripe.

It is subject to a security system type SSL, so all your banking data is protected. We do not save them.
