You have 14 days of withdrawal from receipt of your package. Articles returned must be un-opened, undamaged and complete.To exercise your right of withdrawal, complete the form.
We will then issue a return label from the same carrier as for the shipment of your package. The cost of this label will be deducted from the refund. In case of withdrawal, we will refund the payment received within 14 days, by bank transfer, after receipt and verification of returned products.
